Onion Bhaji

Onion Bhaji any one! Well, Indian Curry Pot's onion bhaji has that very unique crunchy taste and is inspired by a very Kerala cusine culture. Only 6 simple ingredients and the taste is just exquisite! A reminder - please don't be stingy with your salt. Add just under a tsp salt (using the spoon measure) to 400g onions.
