Kerala Kuruma

Kerala Kuruma is an exquisite recipe suitable for mushroom, vegetable and chicken curry. Simple and mild, this dish is packed with flavours. Use cashew nuts or coconut milk to add depth to the curry. This would taste better than a Korma, but mild and flavoursome.
